Club President's message
A message from our President
Hello, my name is David Coombe and I am proud to be a member of the Rotary Club of Catford and honoured to be President for 2007/8. The fact you are reading this page suggests you are interested in learning more about Rotary and hopefully the Catford Club in particular. I joined Rotary in order to put something back into the community through Rotary’s tremendous charitable works; locally, nationally and internationally. Rotary has many thousands of Clubs throughout the globe, if you become a Rotarian at Catford you will then be able to visit any other club anywhere in the world, wherever you go you will receive a warm welcome and the fellowship that only Rotary can provide. The Catford club meets most Wednesdays at the Bromley Court Hotel at 6:45 for 7:00. Why not join us one evening and see what it’s all about. We welcome men and women of all ages, particularly those from the local community. Throughout the year we participate in many activities, generally with a charitable slant but also, sports, food and drink events, the theatre, general socialising you name it we do it. I would like to personally invite you along, so make a note in your diary, Wednesday at Bromley Court Hotel 6:45pm for 7:00pm If you would like to receive additional information about the Rotary Club of Catford or Rotary in general please contact us by using the link on this page. Yours in Rotary, David P. Coombe Rotary Club of Catford.
