THE WORLD
Hundreds of Rotary clubs across Great Britain and Ireland will be taking part in this co-ordinated RIBI campaign between on Rotary Day (the organisation's birthday) and the week around it in an effort to raise £1 million for polio eradication. Clubs will be carrying out a range of initiatives, including: Organising a Polio Eradication fundraising event in their local community Linking with schools for fundraising projects Dressing empty shop windows to publicise the campaign All money raised will be credited to the Gates Challenge to raise $200 million for polio eradication
