Club Assembly
Held: 3rd June 2009 @ 6:45pm 'til 9:45pm

Club holds an Assembly during May/June to which all members are expected to attend, as this is one of the most important meetings of the year. The incoming Club President Peter James presides and all the committee chairmen and specialist officers present their programmes of activity for the ensuing year to the Club membership. This is debated and, if accepted, the programmes become the policy for the Club for the year with every member committed to the entire programme. Those presenting their programme will have obtained their information from the district Assembly That’s the theory lets see what happens!!!!
